Dads

Agree or not, i feel that everyone (especially guys) tend to grow up like their fathers in a way or another. Yes, maybe not directly and definately not exactly. But, there bound to be a time where one was young and all you know, always looking up to dad. Dad seemed to be THE guy.

One will talk like dad, act like dad, thinking of growing up like dad, even being better than dad. Father seemed to be the benchmark for many eh? Being able to surpass him seemed to be a silent achievement to many. Alright, maybe this is more for guy since i'm a guy, not too sure if girls think the same way or another.

One thing's for sure for ALL kids. As we grow older, parent's words don't seem to hold as much power as before. We grow up thinking we know more and well, maybe our friends out there seen more. Things that our once 'worshipped' dad says seem to be just one of the many reference point.

Well, at the end, when all guys turn into dad, then they realise how their dads used to look at them. Guess there's no way you can understand that till you really step into their shoes. For me too i don't really understand it sometimes, so it's kinda weird why am i even typing this. But thats just what i thought might be true.

Is it?

1am

It's one am now. Yes, it is the morning already. Days sure flies with the holidays coming to an end real soon. I can already see it ending. I can already smell promos believe it or not. Wells, J1 sure pass by quickly. I am sure many will agree with me on that no doubt.

Wells, guess it's kinda interesting to still see so many night owls online along. Guess some must be mugging, resting, slacking!? waiting for that soccer match? *grins*

Oh recently, the latest 'craze' online is that Steve Irwin died and people are putting tortoises infront of their msn nicks. Alrights, firstly, i am sure steven didn't catch tortoise. Guess people just make do with whatever that's closest.

yes, today seemed like a random post eh? ok. I always wanted to do this! :

What did person B say to person A?

"Eh"

Uncle

No. I want to complain. Yes, you may say...

"young people these days, all they know is to complain and complain..."

Ok... i STILL want to complain

Ok, i know certain ways of me AM old (eg. the thinking, they call me the lao gu dong thinking. cannot switch means cannot switch)

I think girls should be decent and nice and wear things that cover every inch of skin from head to toe

I think small kids shouldn't go out with friends

I think people should not have too much leftover even though i adopt the theory of "even if you eat finish everything, people in africa won't be fed too unless you send your food through DHL"

So so, what am i complaining about...

I was walking out of my house, then there's the guard downstairs then she asked me something:" eh, just now that kid behind you is your son ah?"

.....................

I need to go for facial and may be put on some anti-ageing cream...
